“Ordered online, great website, easy to use, you have the option of repeating your previous order which was brilliant. Extinguishers were dispatched the same day as my order and arrived next day, couldn't ask for a better service, ordered the same again on a Friday and they arrived Monday. Excellent, I'm delighted, I will be using in future.”

“Cannot comment on the fire extinguisher as hopefully I will never need to use it. But it took several weeks to arrive, several emails to the company. On the plus side, the customer service was very good and the problem is that they use a very bad delivery company called DX which failed to deliver, so several days waiting in unnecessarily, then when finally delivered, ignoring all the labels on the door saying I was in, please ring bell, they left it behind my car in the pouring rain, couldn’t find the letterbox so left a card under a flowerpot to get soaked, so could not read what was written. I found it just by chance.”

“I ordered 2 x 4kg powder fire extinguishers which arrived around 30 hours later. So super fast free delivery. They are well packaged and have the British Standard kite mark. So build quality looks really good. Great value, Quality products and excellent value. Would recommend.”

“Ordered a fire extinguisher on 17 October and have still not received it! I haven't even received an email for an update as to when it will be shipped and delivered. I have sent an email to customer services but have not had a reply yet. I need the extinguisher in a few days time and they have completely failed me. All I want is my money back at this stage. Avoid this company at all costs!”
