“Ordered online, great website, easy to use, you have the option of repeating your previous order which was brilliant. Extinguishers were dispatched the same day as my order and arrived next day, couldn't ask for a better service, ordered the same again on a Friday and they arrived Monday. Excellent, I'm delighted, I will be using in future.”

“Ordered a fire extinguisher on 17 October and have still not received it! I haven't even received an email for an update as to when it will be shipped and delivered. I have sent an email to customer services but have not had a reply yet. I need the extinguisher in a few days time and they have completely failed me. All I want is my money back at this stage. Avoid this company at all costs!”

“I didn’t realise fire extinguishers need to be checked at 5 years old. I was told this with my motorhome service so I checked my home ones and they were also out of date. This should be advertised a lot more. So your product fitted the bill fine and at the right price”
