Order 22213. Been a month and still no product. Have emailed and used their online form but still no contact from them at all since placing the order. They have no phone number to call anyone on. I am now sick of chasing up a product 4 times with no response from them. Used them a couple of years ago with no problem. But now they seem to take money but do nothing. Seeing if they respond to this now. I have sent various messages to them with my phone number on so get in touch. If you resolve this I will take this review down.

It is over a week since I placed my order. I have not received the order and there has been no communication from the seller. I suspect a scam.

Ordered a fire extinguisher on 17 October and have still not received it! I haven't even received an email for an update as to when it will be shipped and delivered. I have sent an email to customer services but have not had a reply yet. I need the extinguisher in a few days time and they have completely failed me. All I want is my money back at this stage. Avoid this company at all costs!

I placed an order for six extinguishers, but one arrived with a bent handle, making it unusable. As I needed it on a specific day, I had to purchase a replacement from a local store. I reached out via the company’s website to request a refund, but my message went unanswered.

Not happy. Sent pictures and e mails to explain why. No acknowledgement. Staff; uhelpful when I managed to find a tel no. 5 stars however to Sonia who finally secured me an invoice. DX are an appalling courier.

Does anybody have a contact number for them? It’s extremely difficult to get through to them as they only have an email address which nobody responds back to.

I havnt received the 4 extinguishers I ordered. I have received tracking info which shows them sat in a warehouse. I have requested a refund and heard absolutely nothing from the seller.
