“Product arrived swiftly and as advised. I've removed a star because of the fiasco involved in getting a sales invoices. The 'print invoice' link insists that you register as a new client first, then wants a TWELVE digit password to be logged, you then get into the general home page with no link to the invoice... When I went back to the original email with 'print invoice' link it now says 'oops this isn't your order'... I gave up on the invoice in a very bad mood.!!”

“Very happy with the extinguisher but received the package poorly wrapped and opened.Also the fixing bracket was broken,disappointed.”

“Great prices and great quality. updates a bit lacking - no idea of when delivery was going to be but in fairness I wasn't offered tracking. it would of been useful however to know even a day that they were to be delivered. it was very dificult to ascertain why only one of the two extinguishers were delivered complicated by seemingly two diferent companys involved. I did have an email latter the same day explaining the delay in dispatching both together after spending some time on the phone to the company. It certainly wouldn't put me off buying from the company again and I am happy with the products.”

“A very prompt delivery service. Both fire extinguishers were manufactured in April 2024, and guidance indicates servicing or replacement after 5/6 years. Hence a little of the shelf life already used. Cylinder pressure a little over 50%. Both extinguishers purchased in case of an ‘unexpected hazardous event’ . Clearly the proof of efficiency will be tested in any ‘ unplanned for event’”

“Easy to use website and backed by very good customer service. Only reason for docking a star was that the packaging was not really sufficient for the weight of the cylinder and was damaged as a result. Fortunately the extinguisher was OK. Overall I would highly recommend this company for their product and service.”
