“Recently purchased a Fire Blanket which was described online as being Commander brand. Photos and technical data sheets showed Commander brand. Actual fire blanket was branded something else. Dishonest business practice.”

“The extinguisher it self is fine, however the outlet has a fitting that excepts hose but nothing was supplied in the box. The packaging wasn't really up to shipping as it was only in a single layer cardboard. When it was delivered the box was already damaged.”

“After some confusion regarding payment on Monday 8/4/2025 I received 2 refurbished Co2 fire extinguishers on Wednesday 10/4/25. So problem quickly sorted. Extinguishers look brand new and in excellent condition. Fire extinguishers will be used to supply Co2 to planted aquarium in near future. This is much cheaper than using 600 gram welding Co2 used by many fish keepers. When are empty will reorder from Fire Safety Equipment, very happy with purchase.”

“Product arrived swiftly and as advised. I've removed a star because of the fiasco involved in getting a sales invoices. The 'print invoice' link insists that you register as a new client first, then wants a TWELVE digit password to be logged, you then get into the general home page with no link to the invoice... When I went back to the original email with 'print invoice' link it now says 'oops this isn't your order'... I gave up on the invoice in a very bad mood.!!”
