“Goods were ok, just as advertised, however, the courier 'Evri' was a nightmare.
Claimed delivery on a Monday with a photo which was not made. The photo was not of my front door.
Claimed a further delivery on the Tuesday which was also not true.
Goods finaly arrived on the Wednesday in-announced.
Evri does this type of thing frequently.
Suggest FMAG use an alternative courier”
“I ordered an item, payment was taken and I received an order confirmation email. Several days later I received a bank notification that a refund had been requested from Find Me a Gift but there was no credit to my account. It took far more effort than it should have to find a phone number to contact the company. I was then told that the product was out of stock so a refund had been generated. This is fine and completely understandable, but an email to explain the situation at the point the refund was started would have meant I didn’t have to waste time trying to find out what was going on. The refund hit my account several days later, so all fine - just a little communication would have made the whole process easier.”
“Most of the order came in good condition in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the record album frame was damaged on arrival which is a shame. Would recommend sending more delicate items such as frames separately in future. Cant add a photo as when I try it prevents me submitting the review.”

“I do love find me a gift, however my 1st set of 5 stars I ordered all the packaging was crushed an 1 star gift set said it was out of date. So had to buy another...”
“Received the item. As described but would only go as far as to call it average quality. The print is okay but I’ve had better from other providers in the past”
“The family name history was very good. Unfortunately the frame was damaged in transit. A second frame suffered the same fate. Despite this, the Find Me A Gift company were excellent dealing with the problem. In the end we decided it wasn't worth sending another frame and Find Me A Gift offered a partial refund for the frame and delivery.
The whole matter whilst extremely frustrating was dealt with superbly.”
“The actual gift is perfect, only the frame is broken in the corner where they meet and unfortunately I don't have time to send back, so I'll need to glue it and hope it looks okay. Maybe the packaging could be a little more consistent as it's either packed broken or Royal Mail can't read the "Fragile" tape on the box. But thank you for a unique gift.😊”
“I would have given 5 stars but for the badly crushed box and inadequate packing inside. I had ordered quite a few items, as gifts, and most of them were fine as they were all individually boxed. But the 5 little hedgehogs had no protective packing and many of the spines had been chipped off. Such a shame as it could have been so easily prevented. I gathered up the chipped spines and sealed them into a bag and attached them to the return slip and, together with the hedgehogs - which I had wrapped in bubble wrap so they would not be further damaged, sent them back.”
