“The actual gift is perfect, only the frame is broken in the corner where they meet and unfortunately I don't have time to send back, so I'll need to glue it and hope it looks okay. Maybe the packaging could be a little more consistent as it's either packed broken or Royal Mail can't read the "Fragile" tape on the box. But thank you for a unique gift.😊”
“I would have given 5 stars but for the badly crushed box and inadequate packing inside. I had ordered quite a few items, as gifts, and most of them were fine as they were all individually boxed. But the 5 little hedgehogs had no protective packing and many of the spines had been chipped off. Such a shame as it could have been so easily prevented. I gathered up the chipped spines and sealed them into a bag and attached them to the return slip and, together with the hedgehogs - which I had wrapped in bubble wrap so they would not be further damaged, sent them back.”

“My 1st order was a disappontment in that I received the wrong item. I did leave ordering a bit late as I wanted it for a retirement gift so I paid for next day delivery but it took 2 days to arrive giving me no time to get the item changed in time.
I contacted Findmeagift for a refund as I had to go out and buy another gift. The company kindly sent me the corrected item but unfortunately it was to late and I would have prefered a refund.”

“My gift was a large vehicle driving experience for my son, he hasn’t done it yet so you’re a bit quick off the mark there. As was the process for buying it, I got completely deflected when bombarded with entreaties to apply for vouchers for my next purchase, it was determined to make me pay with Pay Pal, Apple Pay etc and I couldn’t make it let just use my card. I found it impossible to change the card that it chose from my Apple Pay wallet. I hope the experience works out better than this but I will not be ordering expensive items like this with you again”
“I ordered 2 items before the 3.45 cut off for next day delivery and paid the extra for next day delivery to get a email that it has been dispatched the day it should have been delivered????”
“It didn't make me happy. One item was missing from a large order for Christmas. Finally it came in to stock on the 4th January and I decided to have it and send it on to the person whose present it was. When it arrived it was faulty and didn't work. Their returns policy is snippy and I don't think I will bother to return it. I will chalk it up to experience and never use them again.”
