“I am really disappointed as I placed the order on 6th December paying for next day delivery only to have it delivered today the 10th December.

“Paid for item to be delivered Monday and nothing. Email from Evri on Tuesday saying it would be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday been and gone and still nothing. Bitthday missed and won't order again as Evri are not fit for purpose.”

“I wanted to add an actual wine bottle to the escape game as part of the gift for a friend and so when I set it up I noticed that the combination lock provided with the game wasn't working properly (it would pull apart regardless of the code entered). I tried resetting the code or adjusting the lock a number of times but it seemed to be of poor quality. I ended up adding a new combination lock myself to make the present work. The game itself and the idea is great but let down by this element.”
