“Very disappointed with quality of colour of engraving on the cigarette lighter.
A very light silver/grey colour simply does not work on a bright ink background. Wish I had gone for a darker lighter colour. Waste of £13 plus pounds (including postage)🫣🤨”
“Unfortunately, i haven't received my purchase yet. I raised a query this morning, as my order states it was shipped on 11th Nov. Your automated response stated a repy would be in 1 to 2 working days. So far a disappointing experience.”
“Had a question about next day delivery on a personalised item so I called their number because their email system said it would take 2 days for a reply! Answerfone kept saying 'office was closed 9-5 please call back' and cut me off. Still doing this at 9:20am! Finally got an answer so I ordered.Said it would be delivered in 5 days time, it only took 4, so that was a bonus! However, the gift of 'Year you were Born poster' was disappointing. It appeared to be printed on poor quality paper as the colours were 'flat' even the black script was not black black, but the computer black that most basic printers produce. Even the script chosen was a basic font. It appeared sooo much better on their site than what was sent out.
Not worth the premium fee charged I feel”

I emailed Evri but basically they don't want to know and have told me to contact you. PLEASE HELP ME, I am now over £17 out of pocket with nothing to show for it I really don't want esle to to accept contact you and your help with this matter would extremely appreciated”
“Using a substandard delivery company spoiled the experience of using this company. My item was delivered to the wrong address and I have be ubable to retrieve it or speak to anyone about it. Money does not grow on trees and to lose money after buying in good faith through no fault of mine is very infuriating.”
“I ordered a retirement gift - during the ordering process there was no way to add a message, not ideal, but I carried on with the purchase, On the account is says despatched 28th October, I emailed the company to find out if I would receive a deliverd notice, and was just emailed back to say they were not tracking this item! So I have no idea when or if its been delivered!”

Having reviewed your order, I can see it was placed at 7:30pm on Tuesday 14th and is scheduled to arrive today. We state on the website that cut off for next-day delivery is 3:45pm I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear.

“Very, very limited choice of thinks to use your voucher on compared to likes of Buy a Gift.
For example; We had a "Mega Choice for Two voucher and under the pampering section, you have a choice of 1 spa day (with no treatments) or 6 photoshoots.
Alot of the activities only have one location, sodepending on where you live it is very limiting.

“Purchased the Bear Family poster. Confusing ordering process as you can choose up to 8 bears but once you have selected the required amount there isn’t an option to choose ‘no bear’. This lead to a few emails to clarify our order.
Upon arrival, although the quality is ok the poster included 2 pet bowls (we do not have pets). Emailed to clarify and told that this was the design. It makes the poster look very odd so we won’t be hanging it up any time soon.”
“So far 3 of the items are out of stock when I ordered 2 weeks ago, 2 of them will be backnin stock with the company 23rd December. Numerous emails - which I suppose is good but how difficult is it to cancel the out of stock item, refund and continue with the rest x 2 and then to have another email about it.

“I made an order on 21st of June, 1 item out of the 4 was personalised. 3 of the items arrived a couple of fays after ordering however the 4th personalised item was supposedly shipped on the 26th June and it is now the 10th and no sign of Hermes (the courier) emailing to tell me where is it or when it is coming.I have emailed today and spoke to a very nice lady called Katy who offered me a refund which i was content with even though i no longer have a present for my sisters birthday which was on the 30th of June.This rating would of been 1 star if it wasn't for her.”
