“What a joke of a company! Bought the James Bond experience for my husband’s 50th birthday! Booked the experience and when we attended there was an issue with the code so had to pay again on the day. Was advised we’d be able to get a refund but the customer service team are refusing to refund the money. I have now paid twice for an experience that I’ve only had once. It would have been easier to book the experience straight from the company who run the track day and I will never use this company again. Although customer services are being responsive, they are regurgitating the same rubbish with the same frustrating result.”
