I communicate with the company via email to express my disappointment, I was met with a poor attitude in their response and I haven’t had a reply after that. Item has arrived it’s a lot smaller than description, feels heavy and seems good quality however smaller than expected. Unfortunately I wont be purchasing from Find me a gift again.”
“If you charge a customer for Next Day Delivery, in 2025, there is a reasonable expectation it will happen. If the package is also not actually trackable, and delivered two days late, one has the right to be disappointed, surely?”
“It was not easy to find a perfect wooden laptop desk with mouse pad, mobile phone slot and natural ventilation (holes in place where laptop is placed) for the laptop. Luckily I found it on Find me a Gift and purchased straight away, knowing that bamboo desks are made from natural materials and thus the best for a laptop that quickly gets hot. Looks exactly like on the website, so no unpleasant surprises. What's more Find Me a Gift shop did a great job, sending me my desk very fast, delivered by a courier. Well packed and a great quality of a product showed me how good choice I made. This shop is one of my favourites now, highly reccommend!”
