“I received the Sip & Paint gift experience voucher. This experience is misleading as there is no drink available in the price you pay. You have to buy your own drink at the venue. The booking of my experience was a little slow as the venue were new to the experience, but otherwise all was fine.”

“I found the gift I sought very easily on site. The ordering and payment process was simple. However, zero help from customer service when I inquired about expedited delivery (I offered to pay for expedited delivery which hadn't been an option on initial order page). Customer service reply to my email inquiry simply reiterated timeframes which I already knew from ordering process. Very disappointing.
(Per stated timeframes) item was supposed to have been complete and in the mail yesterday but no related correspondence received.
I just hope the quality of the item surpasses quality of communication.”
