“Unable to use the vouchers I paid £95 for as the company Car Chase Heroes doesn't recognise it! I just want my money back as they were gifts for my children.
I have spent months going back and forth with the company and not had a response from Find me a gift at all.”

“Never answer emails or return phone calls after leaving voice msgs.We turned up on the day( Two and a half yrs down the line btw!)only to be told I couldn't fly because I didn't have photo I.D with me!! It's a 5 minute joy ride?!Ive had helicopter rides/gliders and microlught rides in the past nd never been asked for this before?!To tell me in front of the 10/15 people that were there was embarrassing tbh! Would not recommend and will not recommend anyone else. Totally unprofessional setup!”
