“Unfortunatly my wife had a medical occurance just before Christmas and I wanted to reduce her work load providing her normal excellent Christmas meal, despite my trying to "do it" Well prepaired seasonal veg and other things much as we have come to expect of Field and Flower, all arrived on time and more than enough. Excelent fully recormended !”

“We have been using field and flower for years after we came across them on a stall in Knebworth. Love the ethos and what they do. I would love to see a fruit & veg box offering in the future or even meal boxes!”

“Thank you very much for your excellent service, and your help with the delivery process. I had asked my next door neighbour if she would take my delivery in for me if it arrived while we were out at church. But the delivery person didn't take my box to her. In fact, I was very worried about what had happened to it, and by a succession of events, I came out of my house to go to see if I could find it, and a neighbour up the road came along with his rollator, and I started talking to him. While we were doing that a neighbour directly opposite to me came along and said she had my parcel. She had seen the delivery man place the box in my doorway, and came over and took it back to her house. That very morning she had read an article in the paper about the stealing of parcels left in peoples' doorways, and decided to take mine in and then gone off to do something else. We went to her house, and gave us our Christmas dinner, which I had begun to think was gone for ever., and Mike the other neighbour brought it over to our house on his rollator. It would have been too heavy for me to carry. I am immensely grateful to all those neighbours, and not at all to the delivery people, who had been asked by you to take it next door to me. I know how busy they are, but I don't think they are giving a good service. Yourturkey breast joint was very easy to cook and very delicious to eat, but I think I would get a different sort of turkey breast joint, that would give me some nice slices that would have been useful for the day after, that the one I chose didn't do. So, I found the turkey was in lumps, which didn't give good slices, but was good meat. So, thank you for that, and help me to find one that gives good slices next Christmas, if we are still here. Thank you for telling me that the directions for my order were on page 8 of your cooking guide, I was in too much of a hurry to find them. Anyway, I do appreciate the help you gave me to let us have a lovely Christmas Dinner. It must have taken a lot of work and planning. God Bless. Yours, Jackie Page.”

“I get my Christmas ham and turkey from Field And Flower every year and it is always excellent. The quality of the rearing of the animals is reflected in the cooking time and flavour and is a prerequisite for me on animal welfare grounds alone. The fact that the producers are artisinal in outlook and practice is important and the products are consistently excellent. I can recommend them very highly.”

“I ordered my Christmas dinner and everything was exquisite. The turkey joint was juicy and tasted lovely. The ham was amazing, and the piggy blankets too. All the sauces were amazing in flavour and the salmon again exquisite. All my family enjoyed the dinner. I order boxes of meat as well and they are great”

“My husband and I had the smoked truffle chicken, for our Christmas dinner. It was utterly scrumptious, and fed us extremely generously for that meal, and two hearty meals, cold. What I liked about the was the size, and the speed of cooking. A perfect treat for two people who love a special festive hot meal, and then want delicious cold meals afterwards. I was really appreciative of the cooking booklet. I will keep this for next year as it covered all the roasts from the Field and Flower Christmas pantry. I loved that it was mostly boned, could just go in the oven without too much fuss, and took chicken to new heights of yumminess, and THIS will definitely be our choice for next year, so I hope it stays on the menu.”
