“I only called into my local Hinds jewellers for a new battery for my Storm watch. I was served by a very sociable young man. I am disabled, and very often when I speak to an assistant I get a reply back from whoever is pushing my wheelchair. This young man spoke to " ME" . In fact, i was so pleased with the service..... .i purchased another Storm watch. Many thanks, Mrs L.A. Burley”

“Having taken out lifetime battery replacement several years ago ( on all our watches) the Chippenham Branch excelled themselves and the watch was ready in a little over forty five minutes. The lifetime battery deal has been well worth it.”
