“I bought a new battery for my watch in 2017 and Hinds offered a "Lifetime replacement' (for that watch) for a little extra payment. I went in this week and they put in another new battery under that scheme with no further payment. Very pleasant staff and good lodge fashioned service. Thank you.”

“I was gifted a ring for Christmas which was not from F. Hinds and I loved it but it was just a bit too small. I took the ring in for a resize and was delighted to find out F. Hinds were happy to take my ring and resize it even though they were not the ones who supplied it. The lady talked me through the whole process and gave me a promise date as to when I’d receive the ring back and it was back a week earlier than anticipated. I was also very happy to find my ring had been cleaned and polished upon collection and it fit me perfectly I was so so happy.”

“Poor service and quality brought 2 items both broke in same place having g to wait 3 weeks with insurance bang out of order will be getting inconstant with trading standards if not sorted or full refund”
