“The member of staff at the Southampton branch was very helpful with my purchase. Understood what I wanted. Offered me gift wrapping etc. Which I didn't take I up on as I wanted to do that myself. Although she did disguise my purchase in a plain bag so my wife who was outside the shop didn't see what I had bought. Excellent service!!!!!”
