“I went to the Outlet in MacArthur Glen in Bridgend, and the customer service was excellent. They talked me through the intricacies of the watch I purchased and the insurance policies. Could not fault the staff in anyway!”

“It’s the only jeweller I would go to for presents and any problems I have with jewellery, such as broken bracelet, stones missing and missing clasps. I have always had helpful and expert advice. No delivery I generally collect.”

“Ordered a signet ring for my husband, was phoned that it was ready. Came into the store and found out they sent the wrong ring. A gold ring when it was silver. They sent it to the wrong place. So patiently I waited. They have ordered another one, hopefully for the following week.”
