“The staff were helpful and courteous. I wanted pure gold and not like some jewellers are doing, gold on silver. The price was acceptable for a very nice 20cm chain which is beautiful. I would recommend F.Hinds for jewellery and keepsakes”

“Non-engaging staff member. Felt like I was a hindrance asking to look at what i ended up buying. One till in operation for the whole shop. Asked for bag, got told no as its only given for orders over £100...I asked if I could buy one, was told no. Sort it out! Won't be returning.”
