“Pleasant staff but....bought my mum a watch end of September for her 90th birthday. One of the loops on the strap broke. I took it back to Hinds, and they said the strap was not under guarantee....the watch is 2 months old. Because mum was upset the manager glued it for her. Mum bought me a necklace for Christmas £99.99 and when we got it home, the chain was in one larfe knot. So far I have spent nearly an hour trying to undue the knots, still trying....we always buy our jewellery from Hinds with no issues but been very disappointed with our last two purchases.”
