“I was informed I would get a 10 off in my next purchase. The voucher code to receive the 10 off will only be sent to my email and the timeline is unknown. It's been 3 weeks since I purchased. Unfortunately, this is preventing me from buying gifts for my family on time. This process is slow and needs to be quick so customers can buy products quickly.”

“Lovely warm and welcoming team. Very efficient. Changed my watch battery quickly and easily. Thought I might have a challenge as it's an old watch and very slim but no problem. Great range of watches and jewellery too. Great to have on the high street.”
