“ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!! Went in to enquire about booking an appointment for my 13 year old nervous daughter to have her ears pierced. Very kind friendly lady asked if she wanted it today which I wasn’t expecting, but she looked at there was a space half an hour later. Arrived back and met with Michael, who was incredibly kind, reassuring and hilariously funny. Put my daughter completely at ease, the whole process from start to finish was brilliant and I could not recommend more highly. Came out of there so impressed. The man deserves a medal for what he does!!”
