I didn’t think I had the best customer experience with the person who served me I thought he was very shy and quiet and didn’t know what he was doing … no asking for a bag after spending a lot of money and not willing to put the effort into a paying customer

Staff should have a moveable tablet so when they ask for private information it can be given without telling all public in the store Staff friendly

I went into the Barnstaple branch,to complain about a product i had bought back in march,i had to return it in May as it was faulty then again last week, but was met with offhand resistance. Not nice,so am apprehensive about going back into the store. Even though i have received a phone call to say that my item has been replaced with a new one. But i had pointed that the product i had bought had a faulty design.I asked for a refund, but was told rather flatly,that it was my fault there is a problem with my item,I that i was Not entitled to a refund and was told they would ask Head Office, but told that it was very unlikely. I felt like i was being told off like a naughty child.And was rather Dismissed, do therefore i am not really that happy to go back into the Barnstaple branch. The assistant's name David, i think he might even be the manager. He even took the receipt that was pinned on my receipt when i first bought my item( ring),I asked my receipt back,but he said that i was not entitled to it,plus it meant that he would have to give me 2 rings back.Even though I only took in 1 ring. I left that feeling angry,annoyed,upset,bullied. And certainly would not be thinling of going back in that stord to make another purchase. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Affie Lyons

OK, although box damaged so no good if you want to give item as a gift, which was the idea. No stock of clocks just display items that have finger marks all over. Need to clean your own brand new items lol

I went in to get my ring fixed and they sent it off as a thread took the diamond out. I got it back a couple weeks later to find out it’s not the same ring at all.

I was quite satisfied with the choices that I’d brought for my daughter, it annoyed me when the sales person who took payment for both my purchase disappeared when she was meant to be collecting the boxes to put the ornaments in that I’d just payed for! They another assistant turned up with the boxes and tried to put them back through the till again, until we pointed out that I’d already payed for them. Dissatisfied customer Mr Gary Holden

My visit to your Dartford outlet today for a simple battery replacement resulted in the assistant breaking the day and date winding on my watch. This has resulted in my watch now being sent to Head office for repair. Whilst the damage was not intentional it is nonetheless concerning and a considerable inconvenience to me. Mr Chapman.

I guess the shop assistant did what she needed to do but nothing more. I had to ask to see what the earrings would look like up against the ear. The light at the desk was flickering (though she did apologise about it but still annoying). When your spending a lot of money I would expect to be offered at least a bah. Not a gift bag that cost another £2.99. Not impressed with that!

Bought a pre-owned Rolex for my wife. It was not working, asked the lady selling it to check, as may need winding. She said its fine, just needs some moving about as is automatic. Half an hour of wearing it and still no movement, took it back and only then she realised it was not working and sent it for servicing. Waiting to see what comes of the "service" as that should have been done Before Selling the watch!

When I first went in to buy an engagement ring for my fiancée, they were very helpful. However, since getting the ring we have had nothing but problems, the ring had to be reordered as I originally got the wrong size, my fiancée went into our local store and explained that she needed a size smaller, they said it would be ready just after the weekend, called up Wednesday as we hadn’t heard anything yet, they informed us that it would be ready in a couple of days. Received a call yesterday saying it was ready to be picked up, went to the shop this morning and the ring had not been altered at all.

£100 necklace arrived with a broken clasp. 40 minute journey to a Hinds shop ( Swansea ) for a replacement. This was a 70th Birthday present for my wife who hoped to wear it out for dinner that night. Hence the long journey so she would ot be so upset.
