“I was served by Donna D At Orpington,who could not have been more helpful and attentive. She went the extra 2 miles to beautifully and carefully gift wrap my purchases. I also valued her sound opinion and help despite me probably boring her about my grandchildren that she took in her stride and good spirit!!!!”

“The lady I saw at Castle Quarter was very helpful . I didn’t get her name unfortunately. So I don’t know if the staff wear name tags but would have been nice to remember her name ☺️”
