Amazing customer service and great platform to use! I made a mistake booking dates and time and it was sorted within 20 minutes which is extremely rare so very thankful!!

The lady who dealt with me literally replied to my query in less than half an hour, which is very rare indeed. She gave me the required information and was absolutely great. I then had another question and followed up with another email, and the same happened, she replied super quickly and told me what I needed to know. This was such excellent assistance and professional, and I am most impressed by its speed and quality. Many thanks indeed.

They deleted all my vouchers because they changed their system. With this excuse, and an 'upgrade' they decided to do, I lost all my money in the wallet. Absolutely a joke.

Very happy with the speed of service. My issue was a refund which was for the next day and I was worried I wouldnt be able to complete the change of date in time - but the service was quick clear precise and it worked. It was a conversation followed by a quick email full of explanation and a step by step guide. Well done Isobel you were amazing -thank you :)))
