It is easy to book using the fever app. If you make a mistake with your booking (which I do) Customer services have a very fast response. They are extremely helpful. My last query was resolved within 30 minutes. That includes leaving the email, recieving the automated acknowledgment AND it being resolved for me.

I had lovely Nikolas deal with my request regarding whether my carer had to pay. Within minutes i was given a carer pass for my carer. Nikolas was so polite and helpful & i am so thankful. Cannot wait for the experience now 😊

I needed to change a date you should use open chat much quicker and then they follow up with emails. Got my date changed so all good.

Having booked a ticket by mistake, I got in touch with them, explained the situation, they got back in touch very quickly and said they have refunded the ticket but it will take 10 days. So in ten days I will know for sure, but I feel very confident in them
