If you make a mistake with your booking (which I do) Customer services have a very fast response.
They are extremely helpful.
My last query was resolved within 30 minutes.
That includes leaving the email, recieving the automated acknowledgment AND it being resolved for me.”

“Having booked a ticket by mistake, I got in touch with them, explained the situation, they got back in touch very quickly and said they have refunded the ticket but it will take 10 days. So in ten days I will know for sure, but I feel very confident in them”
