Customer service is excellent , within a few seconds Laura was able to chat with me resolve my query and we are all good to go. I wish all customer service was as good as this !

Very quick and super helpful customer service. I’d sprained my foot and couldn’t make it to my booking (which was the very next day) so they happily gave me an exchange voucher due to circumstances.

Prompt response to my problem - I’d not selected a time slot for the Daly exhibition, and so they went to default ar 10.00 am. The instructions were made very clear for refunding my tickets, getting a voucher and then rebooking - very efficient , and also friendly replies 🙂

I made a mess of my order, needing to send a couple of emails to rectify. Prompt replies & refund of money quickly. I call that good customer service.
