We used Fever for events before. My brother has disabilities and we apply for a Carer ticket to enable him to attend events. Fever team are always prompt in their reply to our query for a carer ticket. They have also been more than accommodating about changes of dates for events too. And the events we've attended have always been great!!

I had to change the date of my booking. I contacted Fever via their app. They dealt very promptly with my request, cancelled my original booking and issued an exchange voucher to rebook the event. No extra charges and no problem in doing so whatsoever. I can’t fault the service in any way.

I changed my 4 tickets 2 hours and they charged me 2 booking fees. Then they explained that they could do nothing to help me and I couldn't speak to anyone else because calls can't be transferred. Awful customer service.

A little bit slow to begin, once we got the ball rolling it was a smooth process. Hopefully someone will email soon. It would be the icing on the cake.

Made a mistake and within 10 minutes contacted customer services. They said nothing could be done, not even a credit note issued. Consequently, I’ve lost a lot of money and can’t attend an event I’ve paid for.

Couldn't ask for a better service than what Fever gave today. They were extremely patient with me, I made several mistakes of which they needed to rectify on more than 1 occasion. Resulting in my being successful in my task. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Top quality all the way.

Hello Yes prompt response requesting Ticket ID in order to assist our school group in being fast tracked into the venue. I have sent ticket ID but still waiting for confirmation. I am sure this will be sorted.
