“My autistic daughter had a panic attack while on our way to the Van Gogh experience and we could not attend in the end. I have contacted Fever to ask if there is any chance we can get replacement tickets and the service was just amazing. I got reply really fast and the same day I have been given a voucher if the same value as were our tickets. Absolutely over the moon. My daughter loves art and we are so happy we were given another chance to go and see it. I can not thank you enough for the excellent service.

“Terrible app that cancels all tickets you've bought without letting you choose how many to cancel. Contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they can do to help. Quality of Candlelight concerts are also so-so.”
“When speaking to the customer service person it sounded like it may be possible to get a refund and then they sent an email quoting T&C's - why not just tell me on the chat you aren't able to do a refund than answer in such a way that it seems it may be possible.”
“There was an inadvertent setting up of an account on Fever due to an issue I was having with vouchers ( 2 occasions ). However Vanessa managed to resolve the problem offered apologise for the problem caused & refund.
