“The venue provides no parking, then they lock you out and refuse a refund when they could easily allow entry. Travel two and a half hours on my anniversary only to be locked out, disgusting.”
“The exhibition was very good, and the staff were very helpful. Despite there being no cloakroom, they were happy to take my cardigan and coat and put the behind the box office desk. There was plenty of seating so as somebody with a bad back it was a really good comfortable experience, very easy to enjoy. And the visuals were out of this world. Hats off to you all, fantastically well done.”

However, I wrote to Fever and got an immediate response and ended up getting a full refund for 3 tickets and I have now rebooked the 2 tickets I wanted.
