I accidentally purchased an extra ticket for a show I already had tickets for. Mariana responded quickly. She was clear, polite and to the point and cancelled the ticket. They said up to 10 days for the refund whic is a bit disappointing, however I know this a company and not the fault of the front line staff (Mariana) they have 5 stars for her level of support. I marked 4 for the time to get the refund

I bought the wrong ticket and contacted Fever asking for a change. They answered quickly and gave me the opportunity to cancel my purchase and to obtain a voucher to spend for a new ticket. All this in few minutes!
