I purchased a ticket from Fever 21 days before the event date but could not attend because I had to go on a business trip. I asked if the ticket could be rescheduled for a later concert date but they would not do it. They are an inflexible and VERY greedy company that cares only for the bottom line. BEWARE! Do not purchase tickets unless nothing ever happens or changes in your life.

I have had to change a booking as I am unwell. This was done without any problem at all. Mariane was efficient and extremely helpful. Excellent service, which is greatly appreciated.

Horrible I bought 2 tickets for a show for September 28, 2023 to Candlelight: Tribute to Queen and when I purchased got tickets for the wrong date August 31, 2023. Day before the event I checked my tickets and realized they had sent me the wrong date. Called and nothing was done but saying I’m sorry we can’t do anything for you. Better check your tickets real close with this company or you will lose your money.

Cannot fault this company - so easy to deal with. I've just had to request a refund and it was dealt with so quickly and efficiently. Totally recommend this company and their great customer service!!

Responded to my email very quickly. I have never attended a fever concert before and had a question about seating, as I purchased my tickets separately. Seating is on a first come first served basis, so the advice is get there early. The email conversation was left open so I could ask further questions if required, I didn't, but nice to have the option. Looking forward to attending the concert. Thank you Amira for you speedy response.
