I bought my wife a gift card for use on the Titanic exhibit in NYC. The process for getting tickets was convoluted and confusing. When we went to obtain the tickets - the ticket vouchers were applied to my fever account. Despite numerous attempts - the vouchers never appeared when I wanted to apply them to my ticket purchase. I almost accidentally bought more tickets via this process. After numerous logins - deleting the app (suggested by their support) - we found that the vouchers needed to be applied one at a time to separate ticket purchases. Just an awful experience. Do NOT use this to buy anyone a gift card!

Terrible customer service!!!!!! We purchased tickets for our 7 year old nephew. Took the day off work as did his parents. Showed up only to be turned away saying it was closed... we DID NOT get an email saying so. We emailed customer support seeing what they could do for us and all they did was say they would refund us the money as their BIG gesture.... like that's the bare minimum, I would have expected an apology and discounted tickets. But I guess that's too much to ask for a service that obviously cares or knows nothing about customer service. It's sad, don't even care about the money, more that this 7 year olds birthday was completely ruined. So thanks FEVER, thanks for that.

I changed my 4 tickets 2 hours and they charged me 2 booking fees. Then they explained that they could do nothing to help me and I couldn't speak to anyone else because calls can't be transferred. Awful customer service.

Made a mistake and within 10 minutes contacted customer services. They said nothing could be done, not even a credit note issued. Consequently, I’ve lost a lot of money and can’t attend an event I’ve paid for.

Terrible app that cancels all tickets you've bought without letting you choose how many to cancel. Contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they can do to help. Quality of Candlelight concerts are also so-so.

They charge you a fee for every single ticket. You are unable to get a refund and just to change your date, they charge you all of the fees all over again. I would not recommend purchasing through this app if you have a choice.

Do not use. If you have ant problems no one to contact. Extremely frustrating. Don't waste your money. Time and most importantly your patience

They deleted all my vouchers because they changed their system. With this excuse, and an 'upgrade' they decided to do, I lost all my money in the wallet. Absolutely a joke.

Robots like customer service - don't waste your time contacting them - all their answers will be "sorry to hear that but [f-you]". RUN if you see any event ticketed by fever to save yourself the misery and the ridiculous booking fee

I was collecting fever club points for months just to realise that they were taken away without being notified about the changes. On the top of that I was given mixed messages about this problem every time I contacted the customer service. I consider myself a loyal customer but feeling disappointed with the service provided by Fever

It was horrible! Ridiculous number of errors made from the players. Yes, players not musicians. It was obvious they were inexperienced, very young amateurs. One of them announced it was her first concert seemingly to apologize for how poorly they played. This group needs to practice for a few more years before they play another event that people spend their hard earned on money to see! They also need to learn how to tune their instruments properly, play to tempo and to play in a quartet. They butchered every song. The songs were incomplete and very oddly produced. It was difficult to recognize what they were playing at times. We have been to high school recitals that were a 1000% more professional than these players. Many people left early from a 1 hour event. We didn't want to be rude and walk out, but it was excruciating to stay to the end. It was sad that the players shamelessly begged for money/tips in a tip jar and through Venmo and social media followers and tags every couple of songs. They must not be able to hear themselves or recognize that very few people applauded. The concept of a candlelight string quartet playing inside a candle lit location is a nice idea but this event was painful to get through. In addition, many of the candles were burned out and not remotely close to the number of candles as in the promotional photos. The building was smelly, musty and moldy. There wasn’t any air-condition or fans running. The next morning, we woke up with headaches and allergy problems. This experience was awful! Never again!😖 😱

I have contacted Fever many times explaining that my daughter was too unwell to attend and I requested a refund. I offered to provide hospital and doctor records as proof. I’ve been given the complete run around. I’ve asked for my query to be escalated so they closed my query! Absolute nightmare and abhorrent treatment!

I would give 0 stars if I could. We booked waaay back in Feb for May 6th 1pm. We were led to believe that booking this early was securing us a spot. Yet mid April we received an email stating that there was a 2 hour wait just to get in. I called and someone straight up told me that they over booked the event. I asked for a refund but as other reviews state they don't give refunds. After a lengthy battle of calls and getting the same response I gave up and decided we would make the best of it. 2 days before the event I recieved another email stating the lineup was over 2hrs long and that the time on our ticket was suggestive!! Today is May 6th I decided to check my Fever app tickets and thank god I did because my tickets were cancelled!! I didn't receive any emails about this, so I called and and had to demand an email stating I was indeed being refunded. I did indeed get the email BUT can you imagine if I didn't check and we stood in line for 2 hours only to find out the tickets were randomly cancelled? Shame on you Fever for ruining the day and waisting my time. I will find every outlet to let everyone know how terrible your business practices are.

I still have no tickets. You have taken £49.00 of my money and promised to find the tickets, yet still I have had no confirmation, no email, no tickets in the app. Please fix this immediately. Our booking was for 6th May; we are now worried tickets will be sold out and we won’t get to go in spite of you taking our money. Really unhappy with this.

Had really terrible customer service experience with them. They were extremely unhelpful and uncharitable when my two year old son had a bad experience at an event. I would have understood if the event capacity was full and someone else could have purchased my tickets, but it was absolutely not. I will not be purchasing tickets through this provider again.
