Having been told my fever up wallet contained £66 but it was not accessible. I asked Fever what to do and Andrea quickly sent back info about my wallet that sounded plausible. At this point I rated them as helpful and kind hahaha. Needless to say the promise of a reward is just a come-on to spend more. It has taken a lot of time and effort to buy my Dali exhibition tickets at full price but won’t use Fever again.

Bad and rude customer service. Not flexible with refund. Bad experience!! Did not mention during chat that I need to pay for booking fees again with rebooking as they cannot do refunds. Will delete this app once I’m done with all the events. Rather book from other vendors.

I got the VIP ticket with the dinner and it was absolutely horrible!!!! Not just the choice of food, but also the fact that the menu it’s set and if anyone has any kind of food allergies etc… they would not be able to make any changes!!! All the experience was cheap and very low low level…. I am right now disputing all the amount. So not very worth it,specially any kind of VIP tickets and services!!! Please,it’s a really honest fact!!!!!!

Booked Tickets on glitchy app. Given tickets with the wrong date. Unable to get exchanged. Explained the situation and was given a generic response. Also, no upfront and clear information stating that the tickets were non refundable or transferable. Completely ignored about error. Which by the way was not my own as I also made sure it was checked by others before booking to avoid mistake. Have asked for it to be escalated and have been ignored. During a cost of living crisis £98 is a huge amount of money. I saved for this and now have nothing in return. Apart from worse mental health, a lighter bank balance and a huge feeling of hopelessness. Copying and pasting Terms and Conditions instead of dealing with or attempting to resolve an issue was abysmal service. I feel that not only my rights as a consumer have been regarded but also as a vulnerable human being. I will be pursuing this further as no one should have to go through this. Where is the care?! Now after sending this through to the email address this still has not been resolved. The only response received was to thank me for the feedback without a resolution to my problem.

It’s a scam. I bought a vip ticket on the first raw on fever to New York fashion show in Angel Orensanz Foundation on 02.11.2023. they sold more tickets than the amount of seats, and they told me to wait half of the show on the balcony until they bring additional chairs. when they found additional chairs, the show had already began and they told me that I can’t seat to my seat after the show began and that I should stand. I made e refund, but I spent all the evening to it.

I needed to make a small change to my reservation, less than 12 hours after making it. It ended up costing me $20 to make the change and, after reading and re-reading the FAQs, it was not clear why. I wasn't able to get through by phone, but 3 different customer service reps responded quickly to questions I submitted online by copying/pasting excerpts from the FAQs. One rep named Samuel included a crying emoji with his response. I won't use this platform again.

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THAT VENDOR. Fever is a scam and should be treated as such. Absolutely discussed with their customer service. Never buy, absolute waste of money and space.

My wife and I decided to purchase VIP tickets to a New Years Eve party. We paid over $600 to attend what we thought would provide us with a table and chairs to sit at. We thought for that cost we'd have top shelf alcohol. We thought the Soiree show would be an actual show as their advertisement suggested. What we got? No table. No chairs. Bottom of the barrel alcohol. And the show was one woman that sat on a swing. After I requested credits for future events on the very next day, the denied after 3 weeks of back and forth calls and emails. DO NOT WASTE ONE DOLLAR on ANY of their events. Our New Years Eve was ruined by a very poor attempt at the biggest party of the year.

This company will not get another penny from me. I was advised to reserve a written transcript for "Seeing Auschwitz" as I wouldn't be able to access the spoken words on my phone from the QR codes. Unfortunately, Customer Services were completely uncooperative, and I just kept getting fobbed off. After several attempts, I gave up. I couldn't contact anyone, I couldn't get a refund, my ticket was wasted.

Impossible to communicate with them if you have a query. Cannot actually speak to anyone and emails pointless. Just their standard replies that don't give an answer. A query then escalates to a complaint, but there's no one to complain to. Never again.

I was trying to apply a voucher to my order but it took my payment anyway. Customer service is no help as they won't refund, even though I supplied a screenshot of the tickets still in my cart. I had a previous bad experience and was trying to use the funds in my account. I will never use Fever again. A very poor example of customer service.

***BE CAREFUL!!*** App is used to order tickets for several different events but they have numerous complaints and issues regarding ppl losing their money and not being able to actually see the event. (You can see multiple complaints on the BBB website). I also paid $140 for 2 tickets to an event we couldn't make it to because our family got covid but Fever would not reschedule or refund anything due to their "Terms". They just didn't care. Pls go check out complaints before purchasing. Thx

They offered me a voucher and a voucher is not valid. I've asked for help several times by e-mail and chat. They always say they will solve it. One week later, still waiting on a reply.

I purchased 3 tickets for the 'Candlelight: The Best of Joe Hisaishi' event and gave it as a gift to my mother and partner. We drove 45 minutes to the event and there was no parking on the premises, so we had to park 2 blocks away from the venue. Upon our arrival, the security guard refused our entrance because we were 5 minutes late. I let them know that I'm pregnant and my foot is sprained, so it took me longer to walk from my vehicle to the event. They said no apologies for the inconvenience and hand out business cards with a scan code and their customer service telefone number and informed us to call and request a refund. I've asked and confirmed with the receptionist, ticket holder and security guard if we would be able to get a refund and the three tickets, and they all confirmed and said 'yes, just contact our customer service and request your refund'. I've phoned the customer service shortly after and the lady on the phone requested my information and promised to callback within 2 hours to confirm the refund transaction, but she never did. The same day, after 3 hours, I’ve received a short email stating that they would not be able to process my refund because of 'Failure to attend an experience or the commission of an error during the acquisition of the tickets are not valid grounds to get refunded.' although, I have attended the event and was denied entrance and had no issues during or regarding the acquisition of our three tickets. I've responded to their email requesting an explanation and a refund, once again, and they have sent a short response saying that latency is not acceptable and the refund or nothing else could be done for me. Now, this experience was not only extremely frustrating because ive planned and purchased 168 CAD in 3 tickets, but I've also planned, drove 45 minites to the event and walked for over 7 minutes with a sprained foot and pregnant juat to be denied entrance with no apologies or accommodation or refund. Their customer service was poor from the moment we arrived to their venue, to the call I had with their customer service phone line and to the 2 emails they have exchanged with me. I've never heard or experienced a situation where one is denied entrance because of a 5 minutes latency. This shows their lack of care and respect for clients time, effort and money!

This is the worst most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with in forever. I booked an event in Los Angeles, you know the city where booking an event mean’s hotel, dog sitter etc. Then got an email THE DAY BEFORE saying it’s been cancelled. Oh but the solution? Hey just pick another day. And I can’t find a contact anywhere. It’s so shady. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bad customer service. Make me pay for double the booking fee even though I have been given a voucher for a change in dates. No flexibility in their refund policy either. Worst experience with any event organiser ever. I DO NOT Recommend going for any of their events unless you are 100% sure you will be attending the event on the day you booked and not expect any surprise changes due to any unforeseen circumstances.

The fraud of new year. We paid 180€, my wife and I, and we spend the new year in the middle of the road like two homeless. Because they didn’t have more space inside. And we where not the only two. A hundreds of people waited in the queue for hours and they didn’t let them in either. We are really disappointed.

Customer service is terrible and I lost money I can’t get back. Bought Harry Potter enchanted forest tickets for a specific day and time, gave them as a Christmas gift and booked my hotel and flight just for fever to cancel my tickets and send me a generic email. They gave me a voucher but all the other times that were available “conveniently” went up in price so I had to spend even more money. I tried to speak to customer service who did not even address anything I said in my message and just gave me a generic answer saying I can rebuy the tickets for a new time. If you inconvenience someone and cancel tickets for an event you should be doing what you can to fix the issue I should not have to try and fix it myself and have to pay more money. Also- I still have money on my account that’s just sitting there because their voucher system is absolutely awful and they had to create so many vouchers just to have to redo them. I would literally be requesting all my money back if I didn’t give these tickets as a Christmas present. This company seems like a scam where they just try to get you to spend more and more money. I have now spent over $200 on 2 tickets that were originally $56. Talk about a scam. Where is the rest of my money?
