“I found Feedwater on Google when looking for Legionnaires Disease water testing. The website gave clear info on their services and fees plus a straight forward application form. I received the pack within days, followed the instruction on water testing and returned the sample as instructed. Within the stated time I received the results by email. I will use Feedwater again and would certainly recommend them”

“I've been very happy with the testing service from Feedwater. It was easy to navigate, order and pay for services via the website. A query of mine was answered immediately over the phone by a very helpful member of the lab staff. Feedwater's sampling kit arrived quickly, a courier was efficiently organised to collect the samples and the results were emailed to me on schedule.”

“I've used Feedwater a couple of times now for cold water tank sample analysis. Their service is very efficient - they send the sample bottles, I fill them, they collect them, and the results are available a few days later. It "just works". I will continue to use their service and strongly recommend them.”

“I was looking for an online course on Legionella from a reputable provider and wanted to understand landlords responsibilities.. I also wanted to know if the online course was enough and included all the materials that I needed to carry out my own assessments as a landlord. I sent a query to the company regarding this and had a very quick response informing me that if I completed the online course, they would send me the supporting material. The course was straight forward and I received the supporting material quickly, so well done Feedwater..”

“my first time having to deal with getting a sample analysed, was glad to find Feedwater, I found them very helpful and efficient which made the whole process very simple, I liked the fact that although buying on-line there was a contact point for any questions and reassurance, the Laboratory report was clear and informative, easy to read, I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Feedwater again”
