“Would have given 5 stars if not for there seemingly being some kind of issue with regards to receiving any kind of update on the progress of my order. I've had to contact feedwater at every point to request order confirmations, invoices, confirmation that they've received my returned samples. Both times I've used them so far. Other than that, they've been great! Thorough and detailed in the report and there was someone readily available for me to talk to when I needed advice following up. I'm more than happy to continue using Feedwater.”

“The set up, speed of results etc was fine except that the water analysis was unable to measure the levels of anaerobic colonies in the water. Given that anaerobes such as E.Coli and the Pseudomonas can be the most deadly the analysis was disappointing .”

“Very helpful on phone when i first enquired. Unfortunately order still not complete as the PO didnt deliver the sample in time so it has to be re done. I had to chase the re sending and it took 2 weeks to arrive. The one sample i have would , at least to the layman, be more informative if it had an executive summary about what the numbers meant. I had to write 2 or 3 times to find out in descriptive terms what the sample was and whether it could be used, thank you , Ashley”

“Hi Ben, Thank you for getting in touch. I have been using feedwater for 30 month now. For 2 years everything was brilliant but recently things seem to go wrong a lot. In October I send a legionella sample Which was forgotten to run at the lab. At christmas I ordered some Water analysis tests they took a while to come and then one test kit was missing. And when I send my January sample in the test results got emailed to somebody else and I just found out because I chased them up. So not sure what's going on at feedwater but something is not right. Kind regards, Susanne”

“My neighbours and I have assumed responsibility for our private water supply. Following an inspection by the local authority a requirement was made that the system should be sterilised. Researching this I came across the Feedwater website and found a wealth of useful information as well as a shop with the required chemicals to safely carry out the required work. The purchase of the chemicals was easy, the guide to safely use them excellent. The reason for four stars is that the speed of delivery was slow given the carriage price paid.”
