“I've used Feedwater a couple of times now for cold water tank sample analysis. Their service is very efficient - they send the sample bottles, I fill them, they collect them, and the results are available a few days later. It "just works". I will continue to use their service and strongly recommend them.”

“I was looking for an online course on Legionella from a reputable provider and wanted to understand landlords responsibilities.. I also wanted to know if the online course was enough and included all the materials that I needed to carry out my own assessments as a landlord. I sent a query to the company regarding this and had a very quick response informing me that if I completed the online course, they would send me the supporting material. The course was straight forward and I received the supporting material quickly, so well done Feedwater..”

“my first time having to deal with getting a sample analysed, was glad to find Feedwater, I found them very helpful and efficient which made the whole process very simple, I liked the fact that although buying on-line there was a contact point for any questions and reassurance, the Laboratory report was clear and informative, easy to read, I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Feedwater again”

“I have been using the Feedchlor for a month in drinking water for poultry to replace chlorine tablets. So far the results have been fine and there seems no difference in oxygen production in the water and no buildup of bacteria compared to the tablets.”

Thanks Mark Great to hear our Feedchlor has been a suitable substitute, we have recently been working with a poultry farm in Market Drayton on a chlorine dioxide system for their water disinfection. Broiler farms are very much on our radar at the moment!

“The initial service was good. Getting everything sent out and the collected again was very easy and straightforward. However once the tests where completed I did not receive the results via e-mailas I was told but had to call up and ask for the test outcome and then still did not receive the results when requested a second time. I'm still waiting for them.”

Darrell we failed you here, human error meant your email was put into our system incorrectly so you didn't receive your analysis results. To ensure this doesn't happen again an email bounce tracker has been installed, there was a lapse in this after the lab's IT system was upgraded earlier this year. We are offering you free re-analysis so you can get up to date results that you can act on.

“We had a very tight timeframe in which to flush a borehole, analyse a sample and make a decision on the water treatment plant required. Feed water were excellent in arranging sample bottles, organising a quick turnaround at their laboratory and beating the target date for results. Highly recommended.”

“It was a great relief to find Feedwater Ltd and that they were prepared to do small domestic water analysis. The whole process was explained very carefully to me. I received the necessary equipment for posting the water to Feedwater within 24 hours. The analysis results were phoned through to me within a few days when I was given very helpful and clear information about my water and how best to treat it. I then received an e-mail confirming the call and a Certificate of Analysis. This was a first class service. I felt confident that I had received very professional advice and could not have wished for anything better. Thank you.”

“We have our own bore hole water supply for our dairy farm and are audited for farm assurance fairly often. For this we need to have water analysis for our bore hole to guarantee there are no coliforms etc. in the water and that it is safe to use in the dairy. We found Feedwater on line, the service proved easy to use and we received our analysis promptly.”
