I am sorry that you have been disappointed. This sounds like a fit issue. As a rule our gear is very long in the body so this feedback is unusual. We are always on hand to help with sizing and fit and can usually solve most fit issues with a few photographs and some logical thinking.

Sorry about the trouble we had with delivering this order. We were badly let down by our courier and are no longer using that provider.
Our standard delivery time to New Zealand is now 1-2 weeks with Royal Mail. An expedited shipping option is also available however I am aware that this might be price prohibitive.
We did send out a replacement order to the alternative address which you gave us and this was delivered on the 13th July.

We do not offer free delivery and returns. There is no such thing as FREE - the costs are hidden in garment prices. If we were to adopt this system, in the long run we think that this would work out more expensive for customers. We are a small business and do not have the huge volumes required to be able to negotiate preferential rates with courier companies. We are transparent about delivery costs and already subsidise postage to customers but we have to pass on costs to customers.
It takes up to 2 weeks to process returns - this information is included in our T&C's.

“I was very disappointed with the fit of the ladies cycling top, and equally disappointed with the fabric. The socks cotton used is far too loose which make the socks slip down. Overall, for the price and fit, I would not ordered this again and am not sure that I will wear this cycling top and socks agian. Upset that this was a huge waste of money.”

It takes upto 14 days for us to process returns. Return items are checked to make sure that they haven't been worn and thattags are still attached.
“They're men's shorts, not women's! Apart from that, I would've given them 5 stars were it not for the massive great big brand name and logo on the pocket which wasn't immediately evident from the photos.
Without the ridiculous branding, I'd probably have ordered a second pair. With it, I sent them back for a refund. If they ever make them without the branding, though, I'll probably buy another pair.”

I am sorry that you were unhappy with the pad in the cycling pants - it is a premium high density pad and although all pads don't work for everyone, I am genuinely surprised that you are struggling with it to this extent. That's making me think that perhaps your issue isn't with the pad but that it could be something else - perhaps a bike fit or seat issue. “I’ve ridden once in these thus far, so take what I have to say accordingly. These don’t sit well, the chamois is just weird. It seems to pull forward while standing (they do stay put when sat). I need the padding to sit and stay at the back. I also have a pair of the Black Jewel Premium’s, an outstanding product - best I’ve owned. A few extra £$ well worth it!”
