I wear a long sleeved top, my FLAB cycling jersey with pockets and then my gilet over the top and it keeps me absolutely warm as toast! Very lightweight, but I think it's extremely windproof, without the weight of my larger winter jacket. I ordered a size 38 and it's plenty big enough to go over the top, even with my jersey pockets full underneath.”
