“I made an online purchase of a classic European aftershave that’s not easy to find on the High Street. The ordering process was straightforward and the price competitive. The order was delivered promptly too, so overall I was very satisfied with the service. The only downside was the flood of emails that followed. There were more than necessary to acknowledge my purchase and I regretted having ticked the box for further promotional material. This actually put me off making further purchases. Sometimes less is more.”

“I was looking for a good deal for a Fjallraven hoodie and my search took me to the Fat Buddha website. The site is very well laid out and easy to navigate - I was able to find all of the answers regarding delivery and return. I placed an order for two items in different sizes (Fjallraven products are very inconsistent when it comes to sizing) which arrived within 48 hours as promised. DPD tracking info was excellent by the way. The items were well packaged (and genuine!). The ordering process was stress free and I'm extremely happy with my new purchase. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I've since returned one of the items for a refund - so the overall process hasn't been completed. It would be nice to have received an email or an update on my account confirming the item had been received. Here's hoping my refund comes through within the next ten days. If it does I'd be more than happy to change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.”

“I bought a Patagonia cap from this store. The price was fair, the product was as explained, the product quality their selling was as stated. The delivery was a bit faster than standard.. So all in all a good experience from Fat Buddha Regard Greg 🤙🏼”

“Brand new Patagonia sweater arrived quickly which was great, but it was damaged with the branded logo falling off. Emailed the sales department to see if anything can be done given the product is no longer in stock, but kept being told "we will get back to you today" and the issue is still not resolved. UPDATE: amending the rating from 2 stars to 4 given that I was offered a partial refund which is much appreciated. Vic was very helpful in trying to come to a solution. Would have been a 5 star review if the item arrived undamaged.”

“The ordering process and communication is very straightforward and my shoes arrived on the day advised. I love the site and the range of goods on offer. Unfortunately, this time I had to return my order as they didn't fit - my fault for ordering the wrong size! Returns are also pretty straightforward via a link but there isn't an option to return without printing the label and returns form at home which most places now offer, hence the four stars rather than five.”

“this is not a review of the store but the Deus t.shirts. Their standard black t.shirt with the Deus logo large on the front. I bought one about 10 years ago and it was amazing, I have since bought 2 more and they have changed the material which is really not as good - always a shame when a great company start skimping on the quality!”

“The products are great, just what I wanted. Thank you. the getting them was not so great ... I have 3 small gripes 1. why do you need a mobile no. when you already have my landline and email ? ; 2. why do you not allow me to tell the courier to leave the package on my doorstep it is a quiet safe place... you are inflexible - there is no place to give these instructions; and 3. why, when I pay extra for next day delivery it takes 2 days ? it's like you are clawing back some of the discount .... all minor irritants but easily fixed.”
