I was looking for a good deal for a Fjallraven hoodie and my search took me to the Fat Buddha website. The site is very well laid out and easy to navigate - I was able to find all of the answers regarding delivery and return. I placed an order for two items in different sizes (Fjallraven products are very inconsistent when it comes to sizing) which arrived within 48 hours as promised. DPD tracking info was excellent by the way. The items were well packaged (and genuine!). The ordering process was stress free and I'm extremely happy with my new purchase. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I've since returned one of the items for a refund - so the overall process hasn't been completed. It would be nice to have received an email or an update on my account confirming the item had been received. Here's hoping my refund comes through within the next ten days. If it does I'd be more than happy to change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.
