“I ordered a Deus Ex Machina leather jacket, unfortunately the jacket was damaged, scratch in the leather also a small piece of leather missing from the sleeve. Currently speaking with Aime in customer service to resolve the issue this week hopefully. It would be a 5 star review as I couldn’t fault the service, delivery etc.”

“Quick delivery and item packaged well. However, the size of the item was not listed in the description and was labelled as ‘ONE SIZE’. It turned out to be too big and returns aren’t free so going to have to keep it. Would appreciate a bit more description in the product details.”

“I had mistakenly ordered the wrong color of Fjallraven belt, i explained this over the phone, i then received the original one i wanted within 5 days. I found the staff very helpfuland obliging.”

“I bought a couple of cans of spray paint and although the performance of the paint was very good I have rated the store as 4/5 because the cans did arrive with a number of dents due to insufficient packaging, thankfully no leakage so only superficial damage. I was also disappointed by the high delivery costs but other than that they seem a good business to purchase from, they even included a small packet of sweets in with delivery which was a nice surprise.”

“Wanted a pair of Redwing boots for ages and found the Black Cherry pair on the store’s website. Ordering was fine just one note Dpd did deliver to the wrong address, but did get the boots without any further trouble.”

“I made an online purchase of a classic European aftershave that’s not easy to find on the High Street. The ordering process was straightforward and the price competitive. The order was delivered promptly too, so overall I was very satisfied with the service. The only downside was the flood of emails that followed. There were more than necessary to acknowledge my purchase and I regretted having ticked the box for further promotional material. This actually put me off making further purchases. Sometimes less is more.”

“I was looking for a good deal for a Fjallraven hoodie and my search took me to the Fat Buddha website. The site is very well laid out and easy to navigate - I was able to find all of the answers regarding delivery and return. I placed an order for two items in different sizes (Fjallraven products are very inconsistent when it comes to sizing) which arrived within 48 hours as promised. DPD tracking info was excellent by the way. The items were well packaged (and genuine!). The ordering process was stress free and I'm extremely happy with my new purchase. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I've since returned one of the items for a refund - so the overall process hasn't been completed. It would be nice to have received an email or an update on my account confirming the item had been received. Here's hoping my refund comes through within the next ten days. If it does I'd be more than happy to change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.”
