A bit disappointing if I'm honest. Ordered on the 31st December with the website saying I'd receive by Monday 5th Jan, which I thought was a great service. Monday came, no notice of dispatch let alone a delivery. Fair enough, it's just been Christmas and New Year so I emailed Customer Services to ensure there was no issue with the order and to ask when it'll be sent. I'm told there's no issue but a backlog to work through, which is understandable. Nothing the next day, or the next, or the next. I tried over and over to get a response from Customer Services but was ignored. Finally on the Friday a very helpful Aime got the team to get their act together and send my order. She was very apologetic and polite. It shouldn't have taken me multiple attempts to get a response and it shouldn't have taken Aime to get involved to sort something so simple. I don't mind the late dispatch but I DO mind the complete lack of communications on a £200+ order. That's unacceptable. Based on my single experience, I'd think twice about ordering from them again.

I paid for next day delivery on the 20th for it still not to be here, there was no cut off time/ date on your website and as there was still 3 working days plus a weekend between Christmas and me placing my order, that was more than enough time to get my parcel here. Paying £6 for next day delivery and your items not even being here is not acceptable and not what I paid for. I have since tried to call and email etc but no one has got back to me, and the whole thing has left me embarrassed on Christmas when someone didn’t receive their present from me(looking like I didn’t get them anything). If someone had got back to my calls and emails with a solution there would be no need for the review but I have been left in silence with no offer of a delivery refund.

​I placed an order on the 29th of November for two bags of different sizes. When the package arrived on the 5th of December, I discovered they had sent two of the same small bags. ​I contacted customer service immediately. Initially, they were helpful and asked me to return the incorrect bag, promising to send the right size straight away once they received it. I did exactly as asked, yet here we are on the 15th of December, and I still do not have my item. ​When I contacted them again today, I was simply told the information would be passed to the "web team," which was not helpful at all. This was not my mistake- I paid for these items- yet I have been waiting over two weeks and still only have half my order. If I had known how terrible this experience would be, I never would have bought from Fat Buddha Store.

Terrible service ordered over a week ago and still no update as to when i may receive my order. Very frustrating and definitely wont be using again . Can’t get through on the phone to the websale department only the shop who are unable to answer any questions. Have received emails from an AI generated person asking if i still want my order! All round s**tshow!

Unfortunately after delivery it went downhill. The item i thought i was ordering and had been searching on the company own website brick Sixty, was not the correct item and a £44.00 rrp you charged £75.00. Bloody theft!!! I tried to explain, thinking you had mis priced, but no it was right. So sent it back eventually got a refund. Customer service......there wasn't any. I spoke to Brick Sixty the makers company, and explained what had happened, they apogised, but companies are given an RRP, but its up to them, to charge reasonably. You did not. Totally dishonorable.

I purchased a set of Red Wing shoe laces from you, I was somewhat surprised to find the that the postage was nearly the same cost as the laces. I would have expected this to be lower.

Item did not arrive on time which I understand is the fault of the courier, but tried several times to get extra fast postage refunded from customer services and no response….

The Montana Spray Paint was just what I needed, and delivery was stupidly quick, but the website itself had problems, which with hindsight and haste unnecessarily cost me money. This review would have been a perfect 5 stars without these problems: So what happened? I bought £70 of Montana stuff, but the free delivery for orders over £50 was not applied. Thankfully, as a new customer, I received a 10% coupon to use on my first order. However, the pesky on-site dynamic content also gave me a 5% coupon as well, every time I tried to move from one product to another. Could not get rid of the damn thing. First bug: Upon checking out, I applied the 10% coupon. Great. Upon applying the 5%, a message popped up saying that "all other coupons will be removed". Who the heck designed this site? Well, 10% is better than a kick in the teeth, I thought... at least the site gave me a warning message. Second bug: Only after checking out and paying, did I realise that the free delivery was not added, and I was charged for the courier. GREAT!!! Not a happy chap. To their credit, the order did arrive the next day, but the items were badly packed: One can was dented (but usable). Packaging could be better instead of using a plastic bag, but since the paint is okay, one must not grumble. PLEASE FIX the website!

Free 45 day returns? I asked to return and exchange something and was told it would cost me and would be cheaper to just order another item.

Badly packaged no lid on spray and nozzle snapped off had to reattach myself.
