“I was visiting from Sydney and dealt with Liam in yiur Queen St store. His product knowledge, communucation skills and customer service was outstanding. As the items had to be ordered he was keen to ensure they arrived for collection before I flew back to Australia . He assisted me ; 72year old woman with limited technology skills, to place the order online. I was super surprised within 24hours to recieve an email advising the order was ready for collection. I picked the items up from the store on the Saturday and again was served by Liam I have already written to your store with feedback acknowledging how pleased I was with his customer service skills. He made me feel like a very valued customer and is , in my opinion, a valuable asset to your company. I have already encouraged my younger relatives to check out your store. It is so refreshing to deal with a store who clearly employ staff who are engaging, model your values and are outstanding representatives of your brand Thank you”

“Never used this company or heard of them before but no complaints at all! Ordered a Fjallraven backpack at an excellent price and it arrived 2 days later as they said it would (opted for free delivery which was Royal Mail 48). Could have paid extra for next day delivery but wasn’t in a rush. The comms was excellent and really happy with the purchase. Will definitely recommend and use again the future.”

“I placed an order last week for about 170 quid which meant I should have got free next day shipping. When I checked the email, I saw it was set to go on a 48 hour Royal Mail service. So, I emailed Fat Buddha and asked them to put it on a next day service, as that's why I ordered from them, the price of the item and the shipping offered for free. They didn't ship it quickly, and they didn't even bother getting back to me. Not the end of the world, I didn't think too much about it, I got the coat, and I like it. But then when they asked to me to review them, I thought, ok, I will. So, now everyone knows :)”

Hi Jon Customers pick the delivery they require not us and you opted for Royal Mail. We do offer free DPD shipping on all orders over £150 but it was you who opted for Royal Mail. At no point have we received an email from you regarding this as we would have shipped the item DPD if you had contacted us however you didnt. Glad you liked the jacket.
