Brand new Patagonia sweater arrived quickly which was great, but it was damaged with the branded logo falling off. Emailed the sales department to see if anything can be done given the product is no longer in stock, but kept being told "we will get back to you today" and the issue is still not resolved.
UPDATE: amending the rating from 2 stars to 4 given that I was offered a partial refund which is much appreciated. Vic was very helpful in trying to come to a solution. Would have been a 5 star review if the item arrived undamaged.
