The ordering process and communication is very straightforward and my shoes arrived on the day advised. I love the site and the range of goods on offer. Unfortunately, this time I had to return my order as they didn't fit - my fault for ordering the wrong size! Returns are also pretty straightforward via a link but there isn't an option to return without printing the label and returns form at home which most places now offer, hence the four stars rather than five.
