Payment for my order was taken on 19th December. I have not received the item yet but Royal Mail now tell me it should arrive tomorrow - 14th January. I reached out to the company on a couple of occasions, but didn’t receive any response.

I can’t review the laces I’ve ordered from you because Royal Mail didn’t even try to deliver them to me. They’ve sent them back to Fat Buddha. I was looking forward to finally being able to wear my shoes with them but no. I’d like a refund please.

As a returning customer I have to say how disappointed I am that I have to write this review. Never had an issue before. I ordered 2 items which were in stock on 19the December as a Christmas gift. I had a careful loook at the website to ensure there were no issues with delivery as I could pop into the shop in Glasgow. I then selected next day DPD delivery as this was fastest option for me and DPD are reliable where I live. I was content this would probably not process till 22/12 (Monday) but next day was Tuesday at worst Wednesday. However DPD did not collect the package till Wednesday afternoon. I had emailed a query on 23rd but got no reply till afternoon 24th. At which point DPD suddenly had my package for delivery the following Monday? Emailed to cancel and they have left for the holidays. Service? Communications? Repeat customer??

Ordered over £600 of items on Tuesday, allegedly next day delivery. Nothing. Literally impossible to talk to anyone "leave a message" that no one gets back to. First time using this company. Definitely the last.

Although the paint was not the match I expected but accept it was my choice of colour. The biggest issue.:- Can only sprayed about 20 seconds and then stopped working.OBVIOUSLY TO LITTLE PRESURE /PROPELLANT ADDED TO AEROSOL. VERY DISAPPOINTED .STILL A NEAR FULL CAN OF PAINT WHICH I NEED TO BIN

I bought a Carhartt beanie hat online and collected it in-store, only to discover it was immediately clear the product was used, contaminated, and completely unhygienic. Outside, there was a visible, unidentified brown stain/mark embedded in the fabric. Inside had white skin flakes/dandruff and short, light hairs. Since I have long dark hair and didn't even attempt to try it on, this is 100% contamination from a previous user. Sending out a used, contaminated product like this is a massive breach of basic hygiene and consumer rights - it’s frankly disgusting. I called the store right away and was just told to come back and return it. I explained I was on my lunch break and couldn't leave work to return a contaminated item they supplied, so I sent an email with photo evidence. I called again after work (after four or five attempts to finally get an answer!) to say I couldn't come back as it would mean missing my train. I was promised the owner would call me back to sort out the return. That call never came. Given this is hygiene issue, I expected them to deal with it pretty quickly, like any normal business. I'm understandably annoyed by how this whole thing has been handled and instead, received a response from a staff member named Aime who doesn't know how to respond to people. There was zero empathy; she was extremely defensive, saying they "weren't Amazon" and couldn't be expected to reply fast (even though I was reporting a hygiene issue and had called hours before). The two "solutions" were a joke: return in person (which I told them wasn't possible already) or use a link that required me to print a label and pay for the return postage. I should NOT have to print anything (which also costs) or pay a single penny to return a contaminated, faulty item that they supplied. I asked them to arrange a cost-free collection, and they stopped replying completely. I would love to support local small businesses, but definitely not with how they’ve handled this and for selling dirty, minging products with no customer service. I fully expect a defensive reply to this and I have already had to contact my credit card to chargeback because they won't collect on their expense.

If you like a long wait with no order updates for weeks then use these guys. After a reminder e mail from me, they then cancel the order! I await my refund but let’s see. Off to order at a reputable store now

I signed up to your newsletter online to receive a discount for the Bellroy bag I wanted to purchase. No voucher code was received and when I emailed to enquire, received an email back from Aime which instructed me to do what I’d already done. I then rang and was told something would look into it - no one has!

Still no refund Amie is a liar apparently it was issued on the 29th? today is the 14th so her maths ain’t adding up at all.. Don’t believe her responses. They not issued nothing!!! My bank would see something on their system they even said this company is avoiding in doing the right thing! I’ve had to get visa dispute involved.. which will be crediting my account on the 15th of December. If you check the google reviews too this company doesn’t like to refund and clearly they think their responses are superior, when in fact they are just sub par!! And they say the same typical bullsh*t to most of the customers that have an issue.. and FYI AMIE the only challenging interactions here is from you and that other muppet Neil!! So many decent company’s out there that actually care for customers these scammers just want your money and nothing else.. STAY CLEAR!!!!

Worse company I’ve ever dealt with.. Cancelled an order on the 29th November and still no refund.. today is the 13th of December.. all you get from this company is rhetorical lies about how many departments they have.. and they all deal with different things.. hmmm for a tiny shop how is clicking a refund button so hard to grasp.. seems like some have had the same issue if your read some trust pilot reviews.. First and last time for me.. and if you want a refund I’ll pray for you as you’re gonna need the patience of a saint.

After putting in an order, I realized I made a mistake and immediately tried to cancel the order by contacting the store. The store never got back to me and sent the order anyways. With shipping being international, it’s basically not financially worth returning. All this could have avoided if the store allowed for automated order cancellations or checked their emails.

I am yet to receive this package and when I try to track it, DPD have informed me that there is an 'issue' processing it. Please contact me to sort this out as I have still been charged for the items but haven't received anything!

I have ordered a black Carhartt Jacket and when the jacket arrived the color is not the same as shown on the website, it’s a faded black. I am not able to return this as for a sale items there is only 14 days for return and I was away for 2 weeks. Disappointing.
