“I placed an order last week for about 170 quid which meant I should have got free next day shipping. When I checked the email, I saw it was set to go on a 48 hour Royal Mail service. So, I emailed Fat Buddha and asked them to put it on a next day service, as that's why I ordered from them, the price of the item and the shipping offered for free. They didn't ship it quickly, and they didn't even bother getting back to me. Not the end of the world, I didn't think too much about it, I got the coat, and I like it. But then when they asked to me to review them, I thought, ok, I will. So, now everyone knows :)”

Hi Jon Customers pick the delivery they require not us and you opted for Royal Mail. We do offer free DPD shipping on all orders over £150 but it was you who opted for Royal Mail. At no point have we received an email from you regarding this as we would have shipped the item DPD if you had contacted us however you didnt. Glad you liked the jacket.

“Product in stock that every other supplier seemed to be out of so that was good. Quick delivery although packing and item were badly damaged but it still worked and wasn't a problem. Good supplier otherwise”

“The 10% discount promised for a first purchase did not come through - the space where the code should have been was blank. I made the purchase anyway, paying for special delivery. The item wasn't delivered on the promised day, though I appreciate that this wasn't the fault of the store. However, I would have expected them to drop me a line apologising and offering a refund for the special delivery which had failed. They only addressed the issues when I went to the trouble of contacting them. When you buy from small stores the hope is that they will be proactive in ensuring you will have a good shopping experience.”

“Delivery and product were great. Unfortunately the size medium was too small. Due to not having access to a printer I am unable to return then for a large size. The returns system is a no go for people who don't have access to a printer. Would be 5 stars If the returns process was easier 🤔”

“Product and delivery were fine. However they promised 10% first time buyers discount but it did not work during payment. Customer service ignored my email asking why. Offering an 10% discount to fill this review in was ironic.”

“Ordering was straight forward and despatch was quick and efficient. It was a pleasure to be able to support a small family business … or at least it should have been. Unfortunately, there was one issue: bubble wrap was used in the parcel, wrapped around the boot box. Surely there were more environmentally sustainable alternatives available. I would be a little reluctant to order further from this company if they continue to use single use plastic so unnecessarily.”

“Trousers are great but I was very disappointed to see that although I was charged £120 there was a label on the trousers with £100 price tag. Also when I first went on to the website I was told if I signed up for the newsletter I would get a 10% discount on my first order. Overall not the best experience.”

“Quick delivery time. Haven’t used the product as yet but looks nice. The delivery driver left the parcel at a house that’s being renovated (which you can clearly see from the outside) a pretty stupid thing to do as more often than not no one was there so made it very hard to get my parcel. Also no note was put through the door. If I hadn’t checked my email I would have had no idea where my parcel was”

Hi Mason, Sorry to hear that you feel £4.50 for delivery is expensive when you spend only £18, yees proportionally it is expensive, but with shipping, we subsidise the cost to keep it low, the real cost should be higher. Please remember, if you spend over £50 we ship for Free.

Hi, Still, a bit confused how anyone could complain about this, Free Delivery when you spend over £50, you spend under £50 and didn't get Free delivery, (next time buy a 50p button badge and get free delivery !!!)
