“I can’t review the laces I’ve ordered from you because Royal Mail didn’t even try to deliver them to me. They’ve sent them back to Fat Buddha. I was looking forward to finally being able to wear my shoes with them but no. I’d like a refund please.”

“I paid for next day delivery on the 20th for it still not to be here, there was no cut off time/ date on your website and as there was still 3 working days plus a weekend between Christmas and me placing my order, that was more than enough time to get my parcel here. Paying £6 for next day delivery and your items not even being here is not acceptable and not what I paid for. I have since tried to call and email etc but no one has got back to me, and the whole thing has left me embarrassed on Christmas when someone didn’t receive their present from me(looking like I didn’t get them anything). If someone had got back to my calls and emails with a solution there would be no need for the review but I have been left in silence with no offer of a delivery refund.”

“This shop has a great range but the specific size, colour was not in stock. The store employee helped me identify exactly which item I wanted and I ordered online. There was a bit of a delay due to the festive season and I sent an email just to check. I was very much surprised and delighted to receive a phone call to reassure me that all was well and that my order was being packed. I received it a few days later. I very much appreciated the update, it was excellent service. I will definitely buy from this store again.”

“Gift quality is good. Online purchase easy and simple and speedy. Only issue was that I received a message from both delivery partners (DPD and Royal Mail). DPD advised my order was cancelled - it looked like spam so I ignored it. I waited and tracked Royal Mail updates. Maybe some confusion in who to deliver by in the run up to Christmas? Confused me hence the loss of that final star in the review.”

“As a returning customer I have to say how disappointed I am that I have to write this review. Never had an issue before. I ordered 2 items which were in stock on 19the December as a Christmas gift. I had a careful loook at the website to ensure there were no issues with delivery as I could pop into the shop in Glasgow. I then selected next day DPD delivery as this was fastest option for me and DPD are reliable where I live. I was content this would probably not process till 22/12 (Monday) but next day was Tuesday at worst Wednesday. However DPD did not collect the package till Wednesday afternoon. I had emailed a query on 23rd but got no reply till afternoon 24th. At which point DPD suddenly had my package for delivery the following Monday? Emailed to cancel and they have left for the holidays. Service? Communications? Repeat customer??”
