“I placed an order with next day delivery and it’s been five days without being shipped. I’ve tried to reach out via the store’s listed number, their WhatsApp, their instagram and e-mail, in which it states the usual customer service advisor is away and I should ‘please bear with them until someone else takes on this role’. I appreciate this is a small business and everyone deserves annual leave, but I paid for next day delivery and this service should not be listed if it is not available. Delay times should also be stated online. This will be my last attempt at trying to pick this query up as I’ve tried everything else and I don’t know how else to get in contact. Very poor, unprofessional service.”

“I ordered 2 spray cans of paint, one of which would not dispenser the paint as the nozzle would not depress. I reported this back to receive an e mail advising that the person who deals with returns was on holiday and would be dealt with after 17 days till her return. I responded to say this was not ideal as we are in the middle of a renovation. I was then asked a couple of questions to which I immediately responded and asked at that time if the item could be replaced. But not heard anything since, very disappointing service.”
