“Unfortunately after delivery it went downhill. The item i thought i was ordering and had been searching on the company own website brick Sixty, was not the correct item and a £44.00 rrp you charged £75.00. Bloody theft!!! I tried to explain, thinking you had mis priced, but no it was right. So sent it back eventually got a refund. Customer service......there wasn't any. I spoke to Brick Sixty the makers company, and explained what had happened, they apogised, but companies are given an RRP, but its up to them, to charge reasonably. You did not. Totally dishonorable.”

“I am wearing 8UK size , before a tried in different stores size 8 and 7 , so I decided to go ahead with 7.5UK and they fit well with the thick winter sock and some lithe of the room for the feet expansion . About the Buddha store , the delivery was literally next day , service is great and clear . Absolutely satisfaction.”

“I have used the fat Buddha online store for a while now and have never experienced any problems. They have a good, easy to use website and have a good range of products. Whenever I’m looking for something they are my first port of call. Delivery service is always good and when I needed to contact customer support for advice they were very helpful. I will definitely continue to use them and would certainly recommend them.”

“Found the product (shoes) I was looking for, good price and an introductory discount to make it even better. I was kept informed accurately re delivery time etc, all good. Relieved that you class size 46 as UK 11, had problems before with 45 too small. Only downside was they were sent to my billing address rather than delivery address- it wasn't a problem but it could have been, if you know what I mean. A minor thing and probably just a simple error but I thought I'd tell you (you did ask) and give you 5 stars anyway.”
