“Brilliant store!! Great products - we mainly use spray paints. Really helpful customer service too: we had a delivery go to the wrong address (the courier’s mistake) with a call we had the location and where reunited with our order… It’s the case that the quality of the service is proven when things don’t go to plan and effort is needed to achieve a positive outcome.. These guys stepped up 🙌”

“I've got a small home-grown business making custom electric guitars. I like Montana spray paints for the finishing of some models. I use the Fat Buddha store because they keep good stock of all the Montana products I've ever needed. I also like the idea that they are a small business in a multi-national world. On the few occasions I have spoken to a member of the store on the phone they have always been kind, friendly and courteous.”

“Placed an order on 13 July and received the confirmation by mail. On 14 July received a track link but there has been no status update for over 2 weeks. Royal mail is still expecting the parcel from the store.. Tried to get in contact with Fat Buddha Store via mail, chat, website and instagram but no reply on all. Very poor service. Paid for the order but no product received!”
