“Hi, I would just like to say what a great wee shop Fat Buddah is. My Wife and I were in Glasgow, Christmas shopping, last week. We deliberately went in to Fat Buddah, as it is one of a few independent shops remaining. I was also looking for something for Christmas and was not disappointed. We got chatting to Gillian, who is co-owner. What a braw human being she is. Not only is the shop, one of the last independents, they are also a payer of a fair wage, to their staff. Again, one of only a few in Glasgow who pay a fair wage. So, on to what is in the shop. I love boots and found a Crackin pair of Redwings, a beautiful Carhartt sweatshirt (so many to choose from) and a braw wee beanie hat. Such a great selection of quality items to choose from, set in a classic looking wee shop. Old school and very cool! Staff are lovely, as was Gillian. I recommend everyone to visit this store. You won’t be disappointed. Merry Christmas Fat Buddah! Catriona and Steven fae Perth! X”

“Still no refund Amie is a liar apparently it was issued on the 29th? today is the 14th so her maths ain’t adding up at all.. Don’t believe her responses. They not issued nothing!!! My bank would see something on their system they even said this company is avoiding in doing the right thing! I’ve had to get visa dispute involved.. which will be crediting my account on the 15th of December. If you check the google reviews too this company doesn’t like to refund and clearly they think their responses are superior, when in fact they are just sub par!! And they say the same typical bullsh*t to most of the customers that have an issue.. and FYI AMIE the only challenging interactions here is from you and that other muppet Neil!! So many decent company’s out there that actually care for customers these scammers just want your money and nothing else.. STAY CLEAR!!!!”

“Worse company I’ve ever dealt with.. Cancelled an order on the 29th November and still no refund.. today is the 13th of December.. all you get from this company is rhetorical lies about how many departments they have.. and they all deal with different things.. hmmm for a tiny shop how is clicking a refund button so hard to grasp.. seems like some have had the same issue if your read some trust pilot reviews.. First and last time for me.. and if you want a refund I’ll pray for you as you’re gonna need the patience of a saint.”

“The 10% discount promised for a first purchase did not come through - the space where the code should have been was blank. I made the purchase anyway, paying for special delivery. The item wasn't delivered on the promised day, though I appreciate that this wasn't the fault of the store. However, I would have expected them to drop me a line apologising and offering a refund for the special delivery which had failed. They only addressed the issues when I went to the trouble of contacting them. When you buy from small stores the hope is that they will be proactive in ensuring you will have a good shopping experience.”

“Excellent, prompt and friendly customer service firstly on the phone and then in relation to delivery time. Order placed via internet and two hours later the items were dispatched. Delivered within two days to the north of Scotland. Goods were packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. Based on this first experience, I would certainly use this company again.”

“We were very impressed with the results of the granite spray but unfortunately we did not realise it wasn’t waterproof so it started to wash off. Our Buddha is quite large in sits in our garden.”
