“Awful - didn't provide tracking number as they say they will, did not send the purchase, wouldn't answer emails, fobbed off with nonsense referrals to a "web team" (it's a small independent shop in Glasgow, there's no "web team"). Just generally awful, I just had to pursue a charge back with my card provider. AVOID AVOID AVOID”
