“VERY POOR!. chased them a week after ordered to be told they could not deliver. Could have told me a lot sooner - it was only when I chased them. Same story with the refund had to chase it before they would send AVOID!”

“Part of delivery on day stated, the remainder the following day. Pins did not arrive just empty boxes, they did send them out very quickly but I had bought others elsewhere. When we opened the packages to do the job, one piece of fascia badly broken and one marked. One piece of soffit with some marks. H section was broken at the end.”

“Good prompt delivery. These fittings turned out to be genuine Corolux fittings, the same make as the roofing sheets, which is pleasing. Also a fraction of the price I would have paid at my local retailer.”

“Items took an age to arrive. Was told they were despatched then I was told they weren't even in stock yet days later. Paid 2 contractors to stand around for two days while we waited for items to arrive that hadn't even been shipped. Cost me over £300 of my own money and I'm now 3 days behind in my diary and having to let customers down. Lesson learned, will never use facias.com again. “Bought one length (5m x 100mm) of Black Ash External Cladding. Have ordered 7 more as the one length was to see how it looked, which is very good. I will be in the near future ordering (5m x 100mm) External Cladding this time in white. The Black Ash is replacing wood and the white will be replacing white plastic cladding which is past it's best. If the white cladding is as good as the black ash I will recommend you to any body who wishes to do similar.”
