“Ordered composite decking the wrong colour arrived, but the problem was put right very quickly and very easily, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The product is superb. The delivery man from Tufnell was also really good.”

“We ordered some architrave, we thought the delivery charge was a bit high compared to the price of the architrave which was very reasonable and good value for money. However, it arrived the next day which was earlier than expected so the charge was not too bad. Good quality product and looks good in the conservatory. Thank you”

“I didn't have the best experience of the ordering process. I rang up before I put in the order to find out whether it was possible to specify the delivery date, as this necessitated being off work. I was assured that I would have the option to do this during checkout, so I ordered online and by the time I checked out, the order went straight through without giving me a chance to enter anything. I checked the delivery times on the website which said "polycarbonate sheets are normally delivered in 2 working days.", but was actually four working days. When I called about this the guy said that they have never delivered them in 2 days. Then when the tracking email arrived, it needed an account ref as well as a consignment ref that wasn't on the email, so I couldn't track it! Not a good experience, and I won't be likely to use them again.”

“The goods were with me within the week and excellent quality better than I expected. I wanted to replace an old wooden border that was rotting now I know I have a very smart edging to my garden which I know will not rot. “Great service and delivered exactly as described at a great price. I placed the order online and received it the next day. HOWEVER, one thing let your service down. Does your sales department, or your site in Bristol have anyone there???? I rang several times but there never seemed to be an answer, as the phone just rang and rang. Regards”

“I was disappointed that the downpipes were on the floor of the van, unsecured, which presumably resulted in them sliding on the dirty floor which produced scratches on the downpipes. One end of the 420mm fascia was resting on the floor, and the polythene wrapping was torn which exposed it to the same risk.”

“My order arrived two days after placing it. The products were exactly as I ordered, however there was some minor damage to some edges of the hollow cladding, probably from knocking about during transit. This did not affect me as I ordered plenty to do my job, but if I had ordered tight then it may have been a concern.”
